Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for choosing MLS Industries. Below is our policy for shipping and delivery to ensure you have a smooth experience.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation of payment.
For OEM or custom / private label orders, processing time may vary depending on formulation and packaging specifications.
2. Delivery Time
Domestic delivery (India): Usually takes 7–10 business days to deliver at your doorstep, depending on the destination.
For remote or rural locations, delivery may take additional 2–3 days.
International orders (exports): Delivery times will depend on destination, customs clearance, and chosen shipping method. We will inform you about estimated times during order confirmation.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and location.
We may offer free shipping above a certain order value of 999.
For large bulk / OEM / white-label shipments, shipping costs will be quoted separately.
4. Delivery Carriers
We use reputable courier and freight services for all deliveries.
For exports, we partner with international logistics providers who ensure proper handling, documentation, and customs clearance.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
You can track your shipment through the courier’s website or via our customer support.
6. Delivery Issues & Damaged Goods
Please inspect the package upon delivery. If you find the product is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, report it to us within 2 days of delivery. Provide clear photos if possible.
We will investigate and resolve the issue — either by replacement, refund, or issuing a credit (depending on what’s feasible).
7. Order Delays
Occasionally, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, customs, logistics).
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery period, please contact our customer support and we will assist you in tracing and resolving the delay.
8. Return to Sender
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or non-collection, we will inform you.
Additional shipping charge(s) may apply to re-dispatch the order.
