Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing MLS Industries. We want you to be satisfied with every order. Please read the following carefully to understand our policies on cancellations and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email or phone (details at the bottom).

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Refunds & Returns

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inform us within 2 days of delivery with photographic proof.

  • For valid refund or replacement claims, we will either send you a replacement, process a refund, or offer store credit – depending on your preference and product availability.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

3. Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in the same original packaging.

  • Include all labels, tags, and accessories that came with the product.

  • Be returned with proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).

4. OEM / White Labelling & Bulk Orders

  • Bulk / OEM / white-label orders have a custom production process. Once manufacturing begins, cancellations may not be possible or may incur certain fees.

  • If you wish to cancel before production starts, contact us immediately. If production has begun, cancellation fees or partial charges may apply.

5. Refund Processing

  • After we approve a refund, funds will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
